Novell - Database Standardization (Contact / Lead List Scrubbing)

Software giant, Novell, recently enlisted the services of Technology Seed to assist them with a data standardization / data scrubbing project.

Technology Seed will be accepting marketing lead files from Novell from various sources (trade shows, mailing responses, surveys etc.) and standardizing the information into a format which will readily import into their corporate CRM application. Data Standardization includes reformatting text, columns, completing missing addresses and zip codes etc.
